Example observation

Strong experience protects project quality, but key handovers still rely on knowledge held by one person.

The operational problem

Growth does not always look like growth from the inside.

As a business develops, informal ways of working can begin to carry more weight than they were designed for. Capable people and workable systems have often developed at different times—and now need to be understood as one connected operating picture.

01

People

Important decisions and project knowledge begin to depend on particular individuals.

02

Processes

Handovers and follow-up vary according to who is carrying out the work.

03

Information

The latest answer lives across conversations, inboxes, notes and memory.

04

Systems

More tools are introduced, but the business does not necessarily become easier to run.

Loxwood makes that operating picture easier to see, discuss and improve.
Loxwood's lead product

The Business Systems Health Check.

Preparing for controlled beta testing

A connected view of the whole studio.

Developed specifically for independent KBB studios, the Health Check is a structured review of how work moves through the business - from the first enquiry to project completion and aftercare.

It brings the studio's people, processes, information and tools into one picture. The result shows what is already working, where avoidable pressure is building and which practical improvements deserve attention first.

It is not a pass-or-fail audit and it does not prescribe a generic way to run the business. It helps the owner make better-informed decisions while protecting what already makes the studio successful.

Why I created Loxwood

Built from experience of running an independent studio.

Fred Zandona · Founder

I started on the tools, moved into kitchen design and sales, and later ran a small independent studio. I understand the care, judgement and constant problem-solving that keep a good studio moving - and how easily important information and decisions can begin to rely on the people carrying the most responsibility.

I created Loxwood to help independent businesses step back and see how their everyday work really fits together. The aim is not to impose a corporate model. It is to make pressure easier to understand, improvement easier to prioritise and good work easier to repeat.

Loxwood combines practical operational experience with structured diagnosis, while keeping the owner's judgement at the centre.

Keep what makes the studio yours.
